Make use of 'autotools' to better handle versioning and distribution.
* ChangeLog: first ChangeLog file.
* README: file added.
* Authors: file added.
* NEWS: file added.
* Makefile.am: file added. Automake file.
* configure.ac: file added. autoconf configuration file.

Explose the content of 'ssstk.tar' so we do not distribute an archive in
another archive.
* ssstk.tar: Deleted. The content of the tar file is now extracted to the
'customized' folder.
* customized: folder added
