Provide a way to stop pb execution on error

Description
Error management needs indeed to be improved. For the moment, I tend to let pb run. Becasue some of the cases are not blocking (such as rpmlint, signatures, ...) even if annoying. I need to improve the tool from that point of view.
You could have a --stop-on-errors (or --continue-through-errors) option. (From Eric Anderson)
