When buildiingwith VM pb should differentiate outputs

Description
When building for multiple VMs with pb, it's difficult in the resulting log to know which debug line comes from which VM. Would be useful to differentiate them.

Fixed in rev [1716] by prefixing the output of the build in the VM with the name of the VM
