repositories not working for OpenSUSE 15.1

Description
The repo file generated by pb 0.15.2 sets up gpg. However, when using that repo file with zypper on OpenSUSE 15.1 we have the following:
[opensuse-15.1-x86_64] File 'repomd.xml' from repository 'opensuse 15.1 x86_64 - python-tortilla Vanilla Packages' is unsigned, continue? [yes/no] (no): no

pb needs to generate a repomd.xml.asc file alongside the repomd.xml in order for zypper to work correctly. This fixed with rev [2458]
