Description

Allow unmodified tar file usage for Fedora md5 checks support instead of splitting the content nd rebuilding it the same.

Should e only done when referencing URLs and not a svn or cvs repo.

Fixed in rev [537] pb_cms_export now returns the path of the original tar file, as downloaded for potential use by pb.
