Integrate new action pkg2livecd

With the action pkg2livecd, a livecd should be created. The livecd should be customized by the user and especially contain the actual project.

To achieve this goal, on debian based distributions the live-helper tool can be used. With this tool customizing is quite easy and pb can adept the config to the specific distro easily.

A good point will be to add an option livecdlist which holds all vm's and special string local, where a livecd should be build on. Keyword local means, build it on local machine.
