Default pbinstalltype/osrepo values

Probably it would be better to have pbinstalltype = file by default, as current default does not seem to work.

For CentOS, I do not provide content really. You may want to point to rhel/5 instead.

For Debian, you should also add the source.list provided. I'll look at doing that myself in fact.

I still think that packages are a more streamline method for users, and the default is easy to change. Let me know if you think this is really a blocking point.

The now the default is to point to files for CentOS as of rev [1244].
