The latest example (  ftp://ftp.project-builder.org/ubuntu/10.04/pb.sources.list ) is incorrect.

Please change to: 

deb ftp://ftp.project-builder.org/ubuntu/. 10.04 contrib
deb-src ftp://ftp.project-builder.org/ubuntu/. 10.04 contrib

Note the trailing path element

Indeed a remaining error of the move back to not using an arch subdir for deb based distro.
